Section 108 in Uttarakhand Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
108. Copies of Act etc. to be open for inspection.
- Every co-operative society shall keep a copy of this Act, the rules made thereunder, its bye-laws, last audited annual balance-sheet, profit and loss account and minutes of the general meetings open to inspection, free of charge at the registered address of the society.
