Section 13(1) in The Tea Companies (Acquisition And Transfer Of Sick Tea Units) Act, 1985
(1)The Central Government shall, for the purpose of disbursing the amounts payable under sections 6 and 7 to the tea companies, by notification, appoint a Commissioner of Payments.
