Section 6(1)(b) in The M.P. State Warehousing Corporation Rules, 1971

(b)Where he resides at the place within a radius of 5 miles at which the meeting is held be entitled only to the actual expenses incurred by him for attending such meeting subject to a maximum of Rs. 3/- per day.
