(6)In an agreement entered into with the marketing agent, the Government will specify the time and date of draw break at which the sale of tickets to the players and purchasers will be stopped. Any sale of tickets after the draw-break will be considered as breach of Agreement, unless the draw break period is extended by an order of the "Government.
