Section 252 in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
252. Corporation to take measures for prevention and checking of dangerous diseases.
- It shall be the duty of the Corporation to take such measures as are necessary for preventing or checking the spread of any dangerous disease in Siliguri or of any epidemic disease among any animals therein.
