Section 23A in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008
23A. Submission of report.
- The Admission Committee for professional Diploma Courses shall submit the detailed report of admission as may be required by the Government, to the Director of Technical Education, Gujarat State and to the State Government within two months after completion of the admission process.
