Section 21(4) in Punjab Manufactured Drugs Rules, 1959
(4)The licensee is authorised to sell the following drugs :(i)Coca Derivatives,(ii)morphine,(iii)all preparations containing more than 0.2 per cent of morphine or containing any diacetylmorphine.
