Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings with respect to tarring of road
through property of petitioner described in Ext.P5 pending disposal of the
above Writ Petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated
26-03-2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.MILLU DANDAPANI, Advocate
for the petitioner, GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 1 to 3 and of
M/S.R.RAJPRADEEP, BRIJESH MOHAN, SREEDEVI S., Advocates for the 4th
respondent, the court passed the following:
ORDER
The respondents have filed a counter affidavit. Petitioner seeks time to file a reply affidavit. Post on 12-07-2024.
Interim order is extended by one month.
