Section 1 in Telangana Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1965
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.11, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 05.07.2014.] Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1965.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.11, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 05.07.2014.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.11, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 05.07.2014.] Gazette appoint.
