Section 10(1) in The First Statutes of the Footwear Design and Development Institute
(1)The Governing Council shall constitute a Standing Committee for the purpose of considering of all financial matters consisting of the following members, namely:-(a)the Managing Director, who shall be the Chairperson of the Standing Committee;(b)three Members of the Governing Council nominated by the Chairperson of the Governing Council;(c)the Director Finance referred to in clause (e) of sub-section (3) of section 4;(d)the Secretary, who shall be, Member-Secretary of the Standing Committee; and(e)the Head (Accounts and Finance) of the institute.
