Section 6(1) in The District Council of Culture Rules, 1994
(1)The funds of the Council shall, inter alia, consist of the following :(a)grants and allotments received from State Government;(b)grants, donations, advertisement charges, requests or other transfers received from Government and non-Government bodies or organisations or individuals;(c)accrual from investments of funds, assets and programmes; and(d)other miscellaneous sources.
