Section 15(6) in Jharkhand Advocates Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2018
(6)Every member of the Fund shall, at the time of admission make a nomination conferring on one or more dependents of his family the right to receive the amount from the Fund in the event of his death;Provided that if he has no family he can nominate any person he likes.
