(3)The Board may, in order to protect the interests of investors, appoint any person to take charge of records, documents of the [REIT] [Substituted 'applicant' by Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2018/06, dated 10.4.2018 (w.e.f. 29.9.2014).] and for this purpose, also determine the terms and conditions of such an appointment.
