88. Register 33 of dependent tenures.
- This register is only to be kept up in the districts of the Chota Nagpur Division.The division of these dependant tenures, and the consequent distribution of the rent, can be sanctioned only by the officer with whom the power of confirming the settlement of the estates rests.There is no legal right to any such division, and sanction should be given with the greatest caution, if at all.
