(3)A [driving licences] [Substituted by section 13, Act 100 of 1956, for 'licences' (w.e.f. 16-2-1957).] issued under this section shall not entitle the holder to drive any motor vehicle except a motor vehicle which is the property [or for the time being under the exclusive control] [Inserted by Act 20 of 1942, section 5 (w.e.f. 3.4.1952).] of the Central Government.
