Section 1 in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019.(2)it extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 11th July, 2014.
