9. [ Authorities. - The following shall be the authorities of the University] [Section 9 substituted by W. B. Act 31 of 1981] : -
(1)the Court;(2)the Executive Council;(3)the Faculty Councils for post-graduate and undergraduate studies;(4)the Boards of Studies;(5)the Finance Committee;(6)such other authorities as may be established under the Statutes.
