23A. [ Voting rights of individual members in federal society. [Inserted by notification No. 5-3-91-XV-1, dated 18-4-91.]
- For purposes of participation in the general body meeting of a federal society, the individual members thereof other than public trust, firm, company or body corporate or society registered under the Chhattisgarh Societies Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973), shall elect delegates in a meeting held at the headquarters of the society well before the date of the meeting of the general body and delegates so elected shall alone be eligible to take part in the general body meeting of the federal society.]
