                      PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                      India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to
                      grant time limit of six months to the petitioner for construction of
                      the school building as per the norms and standards prescribed
                      under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act,
                      2009 and consequently not to take any coercive action against the
                      petitioner's school as per Section 18 of the Right of Children to
                      Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 in the meantime by

                      15.04.2019.

                                                    ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the second respondent passes an order on the said representation, no coercive action will be taken against the writ petitioner.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
