Section 11 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
11. Conferment of powers on Administrative Officer. -
The Corporation may authorise the Administrative Officer, subject to such conditions and limitations as it may specify, to exercise such powers and perform such duties as it may deem necessary for the efficient administration of its business.
