Thus, though the present petitions are liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay itself, yet we have carefully gone through the review petitions and the papers connected therewith. We are satisfied that no case for review of this Court’s order dated 18.11.2014 has been made out.
The review petitions are, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
