230. Authorisation of powers.
- The municipality or Executive Officer or Secretary, as the case may be, may authorise persons to exercise the powers of entry conferred by the foregoing sections of this Chapter either generally in regard to all buildings and lands or particularly in regard to specified buildings and lands or classes of building and lands.
