Section 17(1) in The Hyderabad Record of Rights in Land Regulation, 1358 Fasli
(1)In relation to any village in which the provisions of this Regulation are in force by virtue of the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 19 or of a notification under sub-section (4) of Section 1, any provisions of the Hyderabad Land Revenue Act or of any other law for the time being in force which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Regulation shall have effect subject to such omissions or modifications as may be required for the removal of the inconsistency.
