Learned counsel Mr.Vivek Dangi, appearing on behalf of the respondent Excise Department, submits that in few cases, copy of the writ petition has been supplied to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, who have yet not supplied copy of the writ petition, are directed to supply copy of the writ petition in the office of learned counsel Mr.Vivek Dangi.
Learned counsel for the respondent Mr.Vivek Dangi is granted three weeks' time to file reply in any of the case with advance copy to learned counsel for the petitioners, which can be taken as a lead case and all the matters can be decided accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners have brought in the notice of this Court that in few cases, interim order has been passed and similar direction is required to be passed in the cases, where interim order has yet not been passed.
In view thereof, it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners in the cases where interim order has yet not been passed.
Let all these cases be listed on 14th December, 2020 after showing the name of Mr.Vivek Dangi in the cause list. Meanwhile, interim order, earlier granted by this Court in few writ petitions, shall continue.
A copy of this order be separately placed in each file.
