1. Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner / Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition with liberty to apply to the Cooperative Court for leave to produce the original documents as are directed under the impugned order and thereafter, take back the original record for day to day working purposes and place on record certified copies of the documents directed to be produced, subject to costs of such exercise being borne by the applicants who have sought such production.
