Section 22(1) in The Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in Sections 15 and 20 on such date, after the date of publication of the notice under sub-section (5) of Section 15, as the Executive Committee may, with the previous sanction of the Government, decide, and every five years thereafter, the Registrar shall cause two notices in the prescribed form to be published, at an interval of not less than thirty days, in the Official Gazette calling upon in the manner provided in sub-section (2) all registered practitioners to make an application to the Registrar for the continuance of their names on the register.
