Section 31 in The Maharashtra Miscellaneous Alienations (in Hyderabad Enclaves) Abolition Act, 1965
31. Saving.
- Nothing in this Act shall affect,-(1)any obligation or liability already incurred under an incident of a alienation before the appointed day, or(2)any proceeding or remedy in respect of such obligation or liability,and any such proceeding may be continued or any such remedy may be enforced as if this Act had not been passed.
