1. This application is filed by the applicant seeking extension of his interim bail on medical grounds for a period of two months. It is submitted the interim bail of the petitioner is expiring on 09.04.2023.
2. The medical documents have since been verified and certificate issued by Dr.Amit Choudhary, MD (Physician), Medical Superintendent, Nestiva Hospital, Munirka, New Delhi has been received and is as under:
"To whom so ever it may concern
1.The given documents of Arvind yadav are issued by Nestiva Hospital, New Delhi.
2.As above mentioned patient is admitted in this Hospital on 22/03/2023 at 3:40 PM with C/o High grade, vomiting [not able to retain by mouth], itching + rashes all over Body, Chest pain left side on & off, severe Dehydration. He had a significant weight loss, not control on urination. K/C/O HTN (uncontrolled) F.U.C, relapsed viral herpes (Multiple area) with generated weakness left side face (paralysis) for above given complaint patient is taking treatment.Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PRADEEP SHARMA Signing Date:05.04.2023 14:44
3. Present medical condition of Mr.Arvind Yadav is suffering from fever & severe dehydration with leucocytosis & Hyperlepodermia & liver enzymes with enteric fever & general weakness of left side face paralysis & uncontrolled HTN uncontrolled of urination & relapsed Viral Herpes (Contagious) patient is on antiviral medication from long time.
4. Yes, He is admitted in this Hospital since 22.03.2023. Admitted for Enteric fever, ACE & dehydration & Sgot + Sgypt, C leucosytosis *& Hyperlipedemia & sig. weight loss. & stroke & general weakness of left side face (paralysis) & relapsed viral herpes & uncontrolled HTN and uncontrolled urination. For given complaint, he is taking treatment from this Hospital. In my opinion, he might need 2-3 months to recover from the disease. As he is taking antiviral medication from long time, he has to maintain his blood analysis report. He is advised to keep him hydrated, maintain hygiene."
3. In view of the above, the interim bail of the applicant/petitioner is extended for a period of two more months from today on the same terms and conditions as are enumerated in the order dated 09.02.2023.
4. The application stands disposed of. Order dasti.
