Section 4(3) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Rules, 1962
(3)Damages or collection charges directed to be paid under Subsection (2) or, as the case may be, Sub-section (3) of Section 7 shall be paid within one month from the receipt of the order under Sub-rule (2) by the Government or their authorised officer or agent, as the case may be.
