473. Sending of voting papers to electors.
- After the list of valid nominations has been published, the Registrar shall send to each elector by post, a copy of the voting paper, containing the list of valid nominations, and stating the time and date on or before which it must be returned in a closed cover either in person or through registered post. The date thus specified shall not be less than 14 days from the date of posting the voting paper.
