Section 12(i) in Andhra Pradesh Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 1989
(i)After recording of votes is completed, the Chairman shall open the box in which ballot papers are deposited and count the votes secured by each candidate in the presence of all the candidates in the election. He shall then declare the candidates who have secured maximum number of votes duly elected as members of the Committee.
