Section 47 in The Special Economic Zones Act, 2005
47. Authorities responsible for administration.—
Any authority which has been conferred upon any power, or, is, required to discharge any function under any Central or State Act, may, subject to the provisions of this Act, exercise such powers or discharge such functions in any Special Economic Zone under that Act.
