Section 53(c) in The Orissa Local Fund Service (Pension) Rules, 1980
(c)If sons and unmarried daughters are alive, unmarried daughters shall not be eligible for family pension unless the sons attain the age of 18 years and thereby become ineligible for the grant of family pension.
