Section 7(2) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms And Conditions For Tariff Determination From Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2009
(2)Determination of project specific tariff for generation of electricity from such renewable energy sources shall be in accordance with such terms and conditions as stipulated under relevant orders of the Commission:Provided that the financial norms as specified under Chapter 2 of these regulations, except for capital cost, shall be ceiling norms while determining the project specific tariff.
