4. Manner of proclaiming the notification under Section 3.
- The notification along with its Hindi translation shall be posted on a notice board in the offices of the Sub-divisional Magistrate, the Block Development Officer and the Gram Panchayat and the police station of notified area concerned; and the substance of the notification shall also be proclaimed by beat of drums in such area.
