7. Terms and conditions of service of the Secretary.
(1)The term of the Office of the Secretary shall be three years.(2)The Secretary shall be entitled to receive such honorarium as fixed by the Chairman.(3)The Secretary can be removed at any time by the Chief Justice of India.
