(2)Nothing in sub-section (1) shall apply to the tenancy of any land held by a permanent tenant unless by the conditions of such tenancy the tenancy is liable to be terminated on any of the grounds mentioned in the said sub-section.] [This section was substituted for the original by Bombay 13 of 1956, Section 10.]
