The Court : It is submitted that one shareholder could not attend the meeting as she is a pardanashin lady. Such appears from the report filed by the Special Officer. In the circumstances, let this lady shareholder authorise any person to represent her at the meeting who will be treated as a proxy. Let a fresh meeting be held on 26th March, 2011 or any other date as convenient to the shareholders and the Special Officer. The Special Officer will file a supplementary one page report. List this application again on 28th March, 2011. The Special officer be paid an additional remuneration of 300 GMs.
