(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.17, Law (LA, LA&J Home-Courts.A2) Department, dated 06.12.2014.] Civil Courts Act, 1972.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.17, Law (LA, LA&J Home-Courts.A2) Department, dated 06.12.2014.].(3)[ It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint; and they may appoint different dates for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.] [Came into force in the whole of the State except in the Scheduled areas.]
