Section 5(2)(g) in Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions (Regulatory Commission) Act, 2010

(g)has failed to discharge his duties: Provided that no member shall be removed from his office on any ground specified in clauses (d), (e), (f) or (g) unless an enquiry has been conducted for this purpose and the member has been given an opportunity to defend himself.
