Section 2 in The Navy (Enrolment) Regulations, 1965
2. Definitions.
- In these regulations, unless the context otherwise, requires,(a)"Act" means the Navy Act, 1957;(b)"section" means a section of the Act;(c)"Appendix" means the Appendix set forth in these regulations;(d)"prescribed form" means an appropriate form in an Appendix applicable to the relevant regulation;(e)"Seaman" has the same meaning as in clause (20) of Section 3.
