Section 61(i) in Punjab Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1952
(i)Writing within the enclosure and for the emergency lighting circuit shall be screwed piping except that where flexible cables are necessary the flexible portion shall be either steel armoured or enclosed in suitable flexible metallic steel tubing.
