Section 1 in The Aviation Turbine Fuel (Regulation of Marketing) Order, 2001
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Aviation Turbine Fuel (Regulation of Marketing) Order, 2001.(2)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
