Section 33(1) in The Rajasthan Private Universities Act, 2005
(1)Admission in the University shall be made strictly on the basis of merit:Provided that for the purpose of filling minority quota in the university established and administered by minority community, zone of consideration for determination of merit shall be limited only to the students belonging to that minority community.
