	Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified  mandamus calling for the proceedings of the 5th respondent bearing No Na.Ka.Va.A3/204/2015 dated 15.09.2015 and quash the subject No.82  Na.Ka.Va A2/1460/2015 and subject No. 83  Na.Ka.Va. A2/1460/2015 alone and consequently forbear the respondents and their subordinates or any other officials or persons tracing power or claiming right through them  from altering or modifying the physical feature/ nature of the subject land 1.32.50 Hectare (around 3.50 Acres) Comprised in Survey Number in 118/2C and 118/5 in Theppanandal Village  belonging to Kelur Panchayat in Polur Taluk and Tiruvannamalai District from its present position as weekly Cattle Shandy by putting up of any construction for any other purpose.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
