It has been submitted that the petitioner has taken steps for service of notice upon the respondent Nos. 2 - 5 on 15-06-2022, however, no service report is indicated by the Registry.
Mr. S. Gunabanta, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 prayed for granting three weeks' time for filing written statement on behalf of respondent No. 1.
Prayer is allowed.
List this case again on 29-07-2022. In the meantime, Registry is directed to submit a report as to whether notice has been served upon the respondent Nos. 2 - 5 or not.
