27. Functions of the Corporation Sports Council, Municipal Sports Council Town Sports Council etc.
- The Corporation Sports Council, the Municipal Sports Council the Town Sports Council, the Block Sports Council and the Village Sports Council may, perform all or any of the following functions, namely-(a)Co-ordinate the activities of the registered sports organizations and clubs within the jurisdiction of the Sports Council;(b)Organize sports events or competitions or tournaments without their area of jurisdiction;(c)Perform such other functions entrusted to it by District Sports Council.
