Section 3(3) in Mizoram (Establishment of Independent Local Body) Ombudsman Act, 2011
(3)A person appointed to be the Ombudsman shall, before he or she enters upon his office, make and subscribe before the Governor or some person appointed in that behalf by him, an oath or affirmation according to the form prescribed.
