Section 9 in Eternal University (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2008
9. General Fund.
- University shall establish a fund, which shall be called the General Fund to which following shall be credited, namely:--(a)fees and other charges received by the University;(b)any contribution made by the sponsoring body;(c)any income received from consultancy and other works undertaken by the University;(d)bequests, donations, [except from parents and students,] [Inserted By Act No. 17 of 2011, Section 3 (w.e.f. 31-1-2011)] endowments and any other grants; and(e)all other sums received by the University.
