123. Furnishing of Security Deposit.
- A person who has been granted the Travel Agent's licence shall deposit a sum of Rupees Five Thousand through Treasury Challan under appropriate revenue head of the Transport Department. The amount of security deposit for a licence for branch office under sub-rule (3) of Rule 120 shall be Rupees Three Thousand.
